- Secretary’s Report: Read and approve last meeting notes. Report passes
- Treasurer’s Report: bonfire financials.
  - We got a card and we are official!
  - Cash $100 Total Donation $203.60
  - Need to keep in mind $750 we need for camp Kiesel.
- Outreach’s Report: Meeting bombing
  - Claire is absent.

  - Bonfire party was absolutely AMAZING!!

- The 7 topics we decided on is Al-Anon, Coming back from relapse, Emotional sobriety, Accessibility, Experience with sponsorship, adversity in sobriety.

New business:
October event?
- Nick is proposing to have golden girls bingo night at Fellowship Hall, Saturday Nov 2nd. At 7:00pm (piggybacking onto the meeting at fellowship hall) 8:15 pm event starts. Not providing food.
- Nick motions, Katie seconds, passes unanimously.
Clara wants to get zoom for the year for $150
Do we want hospitality on friday/Sat? Do we want committee members in the room at all times?
Katie will talk with Claire, and wants to do a contest, Katie is motioning to do 5 bundles for an online raffle. Grand prize. Cut Off as January 6th (after WACYPAA) at midnight. Passes unanimously.
