For splits, we have two options: 

1. UCYPAA to split all money as of 9/8/2024 over our advisory seed money- ($176.36) as follows: $44.09 each to local district, area, central office, and GSO. 
2. Disperse no splits this year since we are $214 below prudent reserve.
   1. Clara discourages this option but would like to discuss as a group
      1. Clara motions for no splits, Katie friendly amends to not disperse until the prudent reserve is met. Motion passes.

Clara’s suggestions for reducing cost:

YPAA or SLC area AA groups sponsor meals, UCYPAA only provides dinner. Would suggest Elizabeth, volunteer coordinator and each of us bringing this to our home groups. 

Low cost events, avoid feeding people when possible, do not be shy about asking for suggested donations and BE ANNOYING about pre-registration!

Increase pre-reg cost sooner. 

If we get 75 people registered for the conference at $25, that’s $1,875. Even setting aside our prudent reserve, as long as we’re making money or breaking even at every event we’ll have plenty of cash.
